Accessibility Statement
Our approach
EngineCode.uk is operated by Engine Finders UK Ltd. We want people with different access needs to be able to find engine information, use the enquiry service and contact us.
We aim to improve the website towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This is an improvement target, not a claim that every page and feature currently meets that standard.
Assessment and known limitations
We have not yet completed a formal accessibility assessment of EngineCode.uk. We are working towards WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We will update this statement when an assessment has been carried out.
Our assessment information distinguishes known barriers from features that have not yet been assessed. We do not claim conformance for features that have not been evaluated.
Tell us about a barrier
Use Report a Problem, selecting “Accessibility”, or email support@enginefinders.co.uk. If the form itself is difficult to use, email is an alternative.
It helps to include the page address, the task you were trying to complete, what happened and any browser or assistive technology relevant to the issue. You do not need to disclose a disability or medical information.
If you need information in an alternative format, tell us what you need and how we can contact you. We will consider the request and work with you on a practical way to provide access.
Response and complaints
We review accessibility feedback and prioritise barriers that prevent essential tasks. If you are dissatisfied with our response, use our Complaints Procedure. We will explain what action we can take and any limitations affecting the request.
We update this statement when a review or significant change provides new information about accessibility.
